@Gagingi it was so long ago now that I can't remember. She did recognise me which was impressive enough. I just remember the questions being very similar and obviously leading and just silly things

"I can sense that you are an old soul, do you often feel as though you know where you are when you haven't been to that place before?"

"No, quite the opposite actually, I get lost at the drop of a hat"

    "Oh"

    etc

You know you don't want to pay $3k to head back to CT for the third embryo if it's not going to thaw well.
You and your FS decide to thaw the third embryo to see if it's better than the second embryo, but it also turns out to be not so great.
You know you want to transfer the great one. What do you do with the two 'not so great' embryos?
Ooooh...that's a toughie Luv. Just because they may not "look so great" doesn't necessarily mean they're sh!tters!!! Doesn't mean they're good either for that matter!!

However, there are a few scenario's at play here:

    1. Transfer the best looking emby only as a SET and hope for the best

    2. Transfer the best emby + whichever is the better of the other 2 that are thawed and refreeze the 3rd

    3. Transfer the 2 not so great looking one's and refreeze the best one (though why would you do that unless you were going to use the least 2 best of the 3 to "experiment" with the new drug protocol??).

    3. Transfer all 3 but I know your CT Clinic won't allow more than 2 will they when the embryo's are from DE???

If it were me, I'd transfer the best 2 emby's from the 3 and hope for the best

As for what I would do Tahli, I would thaw one and transfer one. I'd be worried that a baddie might knock out a goodie (didn't I read that was possible somewhere?) and both go to waste... But that tactic means a potential three trips and three more transfers... Hmmmm. What a tough decision!

No, the other way Luv. It's thought that one embryo might help the other "get accross the line" somehow??? Maybe the chemical changes going on in there help the other embryo have enough energy or something to keep on going???

Must look further into that theory

Hey tahli I know ecm1981 transferred three from CT. The first two defrosted but one not looked good so she defrosted her remaining one and I think that not looked great either? Anyways she didn't want to waste any so got three transferred. Unfortunately got a bfn. I hope it's ok but she emailed me earlier to ask about getting two donors and if this was allowed and I told her maybe to message you as I think you did something similar? Can't remember exactly though!! Maybe it was two DS?
I'm in a bit of a food coma just had gelato Messina here in Sydney seriously best ice cream ever. If hubby doesn't get in here soon I will eat his next!!

But don't know if Oripro does something different? @Chiefsgirl @JulieMalooley Can you please help me?
PS: @Charlie74 I've just noticed that you asked the same question 2 weeks ago and @Gagingi and @Petal40 helped to answer it. My progesterone levels have always been fine on Gestone and I have heaps of Crinone left...and Crinone is so bl~~dy expensive. So I'm wondering whether a shot of Gestone and a Crinone pessary at bed time might do the job?? @JulieMalooley what did you do b/c you would have been using Gestone too?
Jeez @Tahli, if you are on gestone why on earth would you need anything else ??? I think they are going over-kill to cover all bases as no doubt you have STRESSED that to them lol. I thought it was something like 1 x gestone = 2 x crinone = 4 x pessaries.

I think the bad embie ruining the good embies chances theory can probably get thrown out because if you are on prednisone then your body won't be rejecting anything. I've never heard the other theory BIB. Probably in a natural pregnancy if the good embie implants and kicks off progesterone production then the other one which is lagging won't get wasted with AF due to a lack of progesterone NOT keeping her at bay? Sounds like a good theory to me !

How much they looked like her, like each other, like her hubby... OMG.. Yeah that's annoying alright. I'm finding it annoying that every. single. conversation. I have with anybody turns into a conversation about babies. Leave me the fruck alone would they all ??? People get so excited by it, it fascinates me. I've never been interested in babies like that (oops... yes I really said that) hope things change when I have them. A lady at work put her hands on my belly yesterday and I told her to 'get the hell off me' in a kind of sarcastic/joking way and she laughed it off.... but..... heaven help if a stranger tries it on me.
