But don't know if Oripro does something different? @Chiefsgirl @JulieMalooley Can you please help me?
PS: @Charlie74 I've just noticed that you asked the same question 2 weeks ago and @Gagingi and @Petal40 helped to answer it. My progesterone levels have always been fine on Gestone and I have heaps of Crinone left...and Crinone is so bl~~dy expensive. So I'm wondering whether a shot of Gestone and a Crinone pessary at bed time might do the job?? @JulieMalooley what did you do b/c you would have been using Gestone too?
Sorry I haven't read the replies, but that is weird, dr m just wrote 400mg progesterone pessaries on my script and I got the, made up at a compounding pharmacy. I was on gestone and did one injection of that in the morn and then one 400mg pessaries at night. I was under the impression crinone was only 200mg of progesterone? But it's really just to top up the gestone, so I reckon the crinone would be fine.

Re the pecessaries ive recently been using the 400mg ones up the back entrance and would keep them in the fridge. The 200mg ones i used to use during the day via back entrance as well. Oripro was the brand of the 200mg ones around 45 for 15 sound right?

@Tahli i thought that gestone and crinone provide slow release of progest whereas pecessaries the levels go up and down.

has anyone been put on nitro dur (GTN) patches by the Wazza to help with blood flow/ lining issues?

My FS has put me on them and I couldn't remember if she told me to wear them anywhere in particular? Usually these patches are for people with cardiac problems & angina & they stick them to their outer arm or chest area- so I'm putting it on my arm- but for some reason I keep thinking the doc MAY have said to put it on the abdo area- but the info sheet with the patches says above the waistline.... Probly on the arm is absolutely fine, bcos trans-dermal is transdermal! But I feel like I should be double checking rather than regret it later!! 😳

Anyone used them?? Or know of anyone who used them for this purpose???

Wazza had me on Nirodur patches & Trental tablets which I think do a similar thing. I was on half a patch overnight applied to the top of my foot. I had blinding, agonizing headaches on the patches, so Wazza put me on Mersyndol at night to try & offset the pain. Apparently quite a few people get headaches initially & they go away after a few days. I had to be unique & they never went away - but only while patch was on, not all day :-)

Evening all. For those that have used pregnyl for trigger and LP support did you get symptoms including loss of appetite, vivid dreams, constipation and cramping? I'm feeling really uncomfortable tonight but not sure if it's transfer related or pregnyl related. It's definitely not the norm for me.

The pessaries I used from the compounding pharmacy were great, no clean out necessary and no cervix irritation as you can get with some. Some of the ladies in my immune group use them in the back passage, no need to lie down then, especially handy if you're on 3x per day😳

Caesardust I get most of those apart from loss of appetite! opposite past couple of days. ha. I get the dreams from the progesterone I think as I've had that since taking it.

High progesterone support/pregnyl always gave me constipation & vivid dreams.

I experienced cramping after transfer once & at 10dpo (7dpt3dt) in the lead up to my BFFP. That cramping was almost identical to AF cramping.

Everything you've described sounds like it could be side effects.
