You never know hey? Maybe I'll get lucky this time round. Maybe the fact that I'm bleeding this time and didn't for the other two is a good sign, rather than a bad one.

Either way I guess I'll have a rough idea on Monday. Scan is at 10am so I'll be getting up at 4.30am and leaving home by 5.30am to get there on time. Lots of travel for me this week as apparently they also want me to scan on Wednesday. Maybe Blossom might get a nice stay in a motel overnight....
@Blossom74 - quantity isn't quality. My cycles show that. Last one I got 21 eggs 17 mature 12 fertilised and only got two blasts to test and one to freeze. No better number of blasts than when I only had 6 and 7 embryos fertilised.

@Summer thanks so much i will definitely be watching my health closely. I really hope you get your last oe cycle in. Sometimes we need to complete something before we start something new. 😀

@Gangi wow thats alot of meds. I havent had a wazza appointment yet so only on vitamin supps so far but i already feel like i rattle. I will need a pill box i recon otherwise i will loose track. Coq10 thyroxine and pred in the am rest at night should do it.

One last question. Im alergic to bees and therefore cant take royal jelly. Im also mildly allergic to fish. Im guessing its the iodine in fish. So fish oil shouldn't cause me any problems?

Hi to all the other ladies.

@Blossom your scans will reveal all. How are you feeling about the process this time? Im thinking of you with absolutely everything crossed.

@infinity888 - Wazza is notorious for his pharmacy, but he gets results. I think when cycling with him you'll probably need some other medications in the morning, but see how you go. I have a really good pharmacist, so I always check with her about interactions (particularly thyroxine) and also Warren or his nurses as necessary.

I was worried about my thyroid too given all the IVF meds and have just had bloods done by my GP and copied to Warren. Maybe when you get closer to your appointment with Warren, get your GP to check your thyroid and copy them to Warren? Warren could request them, but then he won't have them at your first appointment...

I'd have no idea about fish oil and fish allergies - maybe ask your GP or the nurses in Warren's office to start with?

Have you watched his video on QFG website? It's only a minute, but it gives you some idea of what he is like.

@Twiglets I'm so sorry to hear about your bfn. I hope you have some effective painkillers on hand or an understanding GP who will give you some. There are no words, but I really hope you feel better soon.

Thanks all for support and ideas
I'm at work (it's 4am ish) very quiet so lots of time to sit at catastrophise!
My donor has had children my FS and my nurse kept saying that 32 is the ideal age for a donor?
DP's sperm is pretty bad low motility/morphology etc.
initially my FS wouldn't entertain the idea it could be a sperm issue, he said that for the first 3 days the sperm doesn't really do anything it's all about the egg! I pushed the topic and eventually he agreed that it is effecting our chances and threw a years supply of menevit at DP. Also discussed that testicular aspiration thingy, DP was like "what's that" and then "no frucking way".
So the plan is DP MUST make lifestyle changes, prior to next cycle we will do a "mock HA ICSI" if no good a needle in the nether regions it is!

@Precious40, good luck today love with your BT. I hope your HCG has risen to the point where a scan is possible. Then you'll know exactly what's going on

@MissDa, as someone who's hubby is getting ready for his third sperm aspiration via TESA, he said it really wasn't that bad. Aside from the initial local anaesthetic he reckons he didn't feel anything other than a tugging sensation.

Yes, my initial thought was perhaps sperm issues and not egg issues. There is a good possibility that your donor's eggs were fine and that the issue was with your DH. I reckon give another round a go, but make sure DH takes those multivitamins and gets himself in order first!

Morning girls, thanks so much for your well wishes for yesterdays hysteroscopy, D&C, endo scratch & pap smear. My oven is perfectly healthy. LB kept saying it's a complete mystery as to why it's not working.
I asked her what my chances of success are with an OE transfer. She shook her head and indicated none.
She said the women she refers to CT usually get pregnant on their first or second try, so to do one more double DE transfer and stop. She suggested only taking Clexane (homo MTHFR) and Astrix (to prevent a stroke). And that I should have a higher chance of success after the clean out.
I have a bit to come to terms with.

PS: She was completely relaxed pre-theatre, when we chatted, and it felt more like she was talking to me as a friend...plus I get a feeling she wants me off her books now. I think @Sue77 knows the feeling!

Oh wow @Tahli. So she is basically saying "If it doesn't work this next time, it's over?"

Far out. On rare occasions we allow our minds to venture to that territory in private, but to have your FS say that, and as blatantly as she did....well, that must be crushing to hear.

At the end of the day it is your choice I suppose. If she won't treat you then someone else might. I think we're all going to have to cross everything extra hard this time for you and hope like hell you don't need to worry about a next time.

You did get so close last time. That's hopeful

    Hugs to you hon.
