infinity888 it wasn't the vitamin supplements or DHEA / Melatonin I don't think that mucked up my thyroid - it was the "kitchen sink" approach with lots of different meds that I think sent it all out of whack. Alongside a bucket load of supps and those two hormones I was on Prednisone, Trental, Nitrodur patches, Piroxicam, Clexane, & Baby aspirin. Then painkillers because the patches gave me blinding headaches, and sleeping tablets because I had ridiculous insomnia.
Then my stim cycles were 600iu of alternating Puregon & Menopur plus Orgalutran to stop ovulation, then hcg trigger shots every few days and Progesterone pessaries. I did four cycles with all of that stuff pretty much non-stop and got really, really sick. Not sure which particular drug affected my thyroid or whether it was just an overload and combination of everything - but I look back at pictures of myself six months ago and my whole throat and neck area was so swollen and I was very puffy and fluidy.
So something went really wrong and it just wasn't managed properly unfortunately. I'm much, much better now and if I had more time I'd likely be doing cycles and slowly adding things in and seeing how I went, rather than loading everything all at once and not knowing which part of the protocol was knocking my thyroid out.
If I do get the opportunity I'd like to do one low dose, minimal drug cycle to see if that yields better results as some of the ladies here have attested to
Caesardust mine were week before EPU (I think 7-10 days before is recommended), then on day of EPU, and then day of ET (or day before if a Saturday at my clinic as they don't do infusions on the weekend) - then on BFP.

MissDa can you have a minimum number of follies that you proceed to EPU with? At my clinic that will just cost the drugs... Of course it will also depend if your BF is happy to go through stimming without EPU?
I'd wonder if you are catastrophising or grieving over the last cycle?
infinity888 I get really sick on the drugs too. I have other health conditions, so am used to managing medication and side effects, but Wazza's magic pharmacy can really knock you. My pharmacist was okay for me to take DHEA with thyroxine and I have those between 4-5am. I then take any of the other AM drugs with breakfast - it's generally recommended that CoQ10 be taken in the morning as it can disturb sleep. During TWW some meds are 4 times a day. Prednisone needs to be with food in morning, so I have it with breakfast. I take as much as I can at night, but have found I need 4/day medication organiser. I do have PCO/endo/aden, so that might increase drugs I need. Good luck.
@Caesardust mine was done on day 6 (was supposed to be day 7 but they brought it forward, cant remember why now) and on BFP the day after my 7 week scan. I thought day 6 seemed early as my FET wasn't until day 23 or 24, I did mention it to the nurses and they said I might need to go in for another (before transfer) but they didn't get me in.
