sorry to hear you have GD @Chiefsgirl and that you've been feeling so unwell. No need to apologise - you're right its one bloody thing after another sometimes isn't it. All you can do is look after yourself the best you can. April will be here in no time at all!
@Blossom74 I cant help you with those symptoms although I do get spotting for ages after the bulk of AF has gone. I'd say ask the question to the clinic as you don't want to be stressing out. Hope its nothing to worry about

good luck Tahli & Petal for your tests today. I hope your clinic has some ideas on the spotting, Blossom - I don't recall having any. maybe once whilst on the crinone but that's a later stage. Chiefsgirl, sorry to hear about the GD, just when you've had enough of needles there's more. my sister had this too. it sounds like it's pretty common if that's any comfort. hope you're ok today Twiglets and Precious.

It's soooooo frucking humid in this Hellhole of a town today!!! We're in for a run of this putrid weather for the next 5-6 days too!!!

It had better bloody-well storm like they've been crowing about for the last 24 hours or I'm going to lose my shiz!!!

The aircon is switched on and to hell with the electricity bill!!!

@Blossom74 That's never happened to me, but being old blood, am hoping that will mean it's just the remnants of last AF working it's way out so a new, thick lush lining can grow

it's not going to put a spanner in the works Luv.

If anything, the spotting now (7 days later) is getting heavier, not lighter!
I now have a fair bit of brown 'muck.' No red blood per se, but lots of stringy brown clots.

I'm worried this means that I'm not responding to the stim meds as I should, or that my lining is all being lost.

Shall see what they say. Anyone else have bleeding/clotting whilst on stims before?

@Blossom74 Hm, I was wracking my brains and remembered I had spotting one cycle a week in. I didn't respond and the cycle was cancelled after the second scan, looking back it was pretty obvious from the first scan. BUT they had put me on a different (short) regulation so they never did that again. Sorry, hope it hasn't worried you too much When is your scan?

My preliminary scan is on Monday, but I'm meant to keep taking the Gonal-F up until Wednesday and will then most probably re-scan Wednesday morning. This cycle is different as I'm on a lower dose, so not entirely confident!

The clinic have not called me back yet but I'll be asking their opinion when they do. I suppose if worst comes to worst, and I make no follies, I just try again next month

@Petal40 good luck for your test today. Is it the 2hr test?
@Blossom I truly hope this cycle is it for you. Losing little blossom was so heart wrenching and you have been so supportive of everyone in here while you grieved and then waited for this cycle to start xxxx

Hi to everyone else. Sorry if I've missed anyone there were so many pages to catch up on!
Yes the 2 hour, done & dusted. Wasn't too bad, but when I got home I had the shakes & was very hot. Just made some scrambled eggs. Now I just have a headache.
Have you had an appointment with the diabetes educator yet? Hope you are feeling ok x

I did much better on a lower dose, I hope it's he same for you. I know everyone is different, but I went from getting 2 eggs at EPU to getting 8 on a lower dose x

WOW! That's an amazing difference! I reckon if my FS told me I had pulled out 8 eggs I would faint from the shock! My best was 3 and even that was quite a haul compared to my 1 in the previous cycle!

You never know hey? Maybe I'll get lucky this time round. Maybe the fact that I'm bleeding this time and didn't for the other two is a good sign, rather than a bad one.

Either way I guess I'll have a rough idea on Monday. Scan is at 10am so I'll be getting up at 4.30am and leaving home by 5.30am to get there on time. Lots of travel for me this week as apparently they also want me to scan on Wednesday. Maybe Blossom might get a nice stay in a motel overnight....
