    BiB, that's not a poster - I see that as a renaissance style classical painting. or one of Grayson Perry's modern tapestries!

    @BlondeinBrisvegas Is @winsor calling you, well, round?! Speaking of, out of nowhere I developed huge bright purple stretch marks this week, WTF! I despise you Pred!!
    Btw winsor I love the name Grayson. It was actually the only name ex-DP and I agreed on for our DS. It's just that we couldn't use it with his surname.

    Yeah, must admit the expensive artwork on Geneas walls just felt like it was rubbing it in.

    Having said that my docs have always been very up front about the stats. Although I vividly remember my first FS pointing to a pic of a woman looking very anxious and sad in the 'Two Week Wait' section of the (very glossy) brochure and she said it wasn't that bad. S'cuse me I think it's bloody worse.

    @Corbes love it!!

    They could also have the big needle they suck out the eggs with on the cover - that'd turn a few heads in the waiting room! and some REAL info about the offshoots of using crinone

    love the renaissance painting thing @winsor. Great idea for a contemporary artwork
    @Maxwellsmum yep Im with ya on the number of Drs/nurses that have been to my "downstairs". I don't think I even flinch these days.

    @Charlie74 totally agree. I'm on my own in regards to knowing anyone doing IVF. These forums are "it" for me. Family don't know either. I'd rather not talk to breeders (family or friends) who say that they understand because they struggled for three months ttc. I am a private person, though.

    @Maxwellsmum that's horrible. The things people say.

    @Maxwellsmum Anything that starts with "At least..." when you have suffered a loss and are grieving is the wrong thing to say.
    No, sometimes there is no silver lining.

    I've just received my phone call from Dr M. The one and only thing the tests revealed were moderate NK cells (17%), which I already knew thanks to LB's biopsy.
    His treatment plan for me is Dexamesthasone 0.5mg x 3 p/d, Diabex 1 p/d , Gestone, Clexane 40mgs, Intralipids 400mls. Really simple.
    I told him about the high cholesterol and reduced liver function and he said they go hand in hand and asked if I drink. I said I don't. He said maybe I should start, as it may reverse the problem. His little joke.
    @Charlie74 He suggested doing LB's 200mls one week, then another 200mls with LB the following week, then 100mls in CT (that's all they offer, 100mls). I don't know if LB would go for it though.

    ha no, not round figures. I just meant an oil painting painted in classical style/technique.
