Im taking Elevit morning sickness tablets, they are Vb and ginger. They are definitely taking the edge off. I also baked ginger cookies yesterday and ate probably too many but it was the best i have felt for weeks! So ginger is definitely helping me.
Icy cold drinks and strong minty chewy are good for me for relief at work. I am really looking forward to not feeling ill anymore and im sure you are too!!!!! Good luck!!!
