    Default Fridge setting

    Which is the coldest setting? Top (colder) or bottom. I assumed colder but the fridge doesn't seem colder. Lol
    Sorry, it's sideways. Top is where it says colder.

    I'd say at the top too... Maybe the fridge is faulty? Door seal intact?

    I agree. check seals, that the fridge is not overloaded or it is not 'frosted over'.

    How long has it been since you changed the setting? If it is a hot day and the fridge is opened regularly it will not cool down sufficiently as well.

    A tip I was given to test the seals before getting someone in, was to put a torch inside and turn off all the lights to see if any light filters out. If the fridge is very full you need to adjust the setting to colder.
