Thanks so much for all the idea and recipes! I'll have to make a list and include some in my weekly meal plan.
I love to cook, so the problem I have is that when I do my meal plan, I look up all these lovely recipes without considering the time! So I often get a bit stuck through the week as I don't have anything quick and easy, so end up with takeaway.
I did realise I forgot one good option I have- my 13yo! I need to teach him to cook meals for the family. So the other night (when I posted this) I taught him how to cook a spag bol. If I do it with him a couple more times he should be able to do it on his own. He can do pizzas as well, but DD doesn't like pizza.
