    Not an instant fix, but I planted some flowers in some old pots after Christmas.

    They have taken off and look great. I sit in the garden and admire my work I want a lift.

    (yes I'm possibly weird, but it the flowers growing is about the only thing that has gone right for me in a long time)

    I would add the QI podcast as well to the podcasts (it's called There's No Such Thing As A Fish).

    Colouring/craft.

    Reading Reddit.

    This sounds daft, but getting out my planner and some pretty pens/stickers and not only planning but planning retrospectively, so writing down anything I've achieved in the previous couple of days helps me feel less flat.

    I used to have a little when I was cooking dinner sometimes in between having the kids. It was something to look forward to.
