Default Let's share some 'pick-me-up' ideas

Feeling a bit bleurgh and thought some of you would have some great ideas about how you get your groove back.

    Hi Ted

I'll come back and add later, just wanted to greet you

Or perhaps that was the pick-me-up you needed? In that case, you're welcome

If I'm down I either take the dog for a walk, listen to music, watch TV, eat chocolate or a PB sandwich (comfort food), have a coffee or a wine 😁

I find it impossible to believe that more people don't have a cheeky wine as a pick me up. Or maybe I'm just hoping other people do so I feel less alone and winoholicky 😩

For me the cheeky wine at home is a survival tactic more than a pick me up. The pick me up would be a night away with the girls having a massage and fancy dinner (with accompanying cheeky wines along the way).

Took the kids to the river the other day, did some fishing while they had a swim. That picked me up
Otherwise some other things, chocolate, coffee, a drink of rum & coke, music on my headphones while cleaning the house and/or cooking, drawing, bath with epsom salts, and lighting some incense and sage.
