    Had a blood test hcg levels stand at 82 at 4 weeks tho I've had light cramping should I be worried I don't remember them from my first and having a miscarriage last month am paranoid

    Cramping is totally normal in pregnancy, but if it gets really bad and/or you start bleeding go to emergency.

    Cramping can just be bub implanting deeper into the uterine lining. Quite normal. But as She Warrior said, if it gets really bad or there's bleeding head to the hospy.
