Default Ideas for flat foods that can go in burgers/sandwiches?

This is in the craft section, not the food section, since I'm actually sewing these to play with
I've made a bunch of felt foods and DS seems to especially enjoy building the burger. Which I think is pretty fun too, it's like stacking a tower of blocks, but instead of blocks it's fuzzy felt food.
I'm trying to think if there's any more ingredients I could add, so far I have:
    Burger bun/bread slices
    beef pattie
    tomatoes
    lettuce
    onion
    beetroot
    pickles
    cheese slices
    pineapple slice
    bacon
    fried egg
    mayo, tomato sauce, bbq/hp sauce
    ham

    Any ideas?

    What about:

    Cucumber slices
Chicken burger pattie - maybe in a drumstick shape?
Fish burger pattie in a fish shape
    Olives
Swiss cheese with holes in it
    Chilli
    Eggplant slices
    Avocado
    Basil or other herbs?
    Capsicum slices

Hahaha even when it's fake food you're full of great ideas!
I wanted to do cucumber and basil leaves but haven't been able to find the right coloured felt yet. And with all my pinterest stalking, I've never seen a felt chilli! That is now tonight's project

haha a vegie pattie would be more appropriate, since we're vegetarian! I'll have to have a think of how I could make one…

And another pic that didn't load on the last post:
