    Default Shower cleaner - recommendations

    Hi
I'm finally getting on the house cleaner bandwagon. My showers are badly stained with soap scum and the cleaner coming needs to use our products that we already have. I haven't had success with shower cleaners to get the stains out. I usually use white King shower cleaner but it smells so much like bleach you seriously can't breath!
What product is the best out their for showers? I'm hoping using a great product along with regular cleaning will keep our showers beautiful!
    Thanks

"Orange Power" shower bath and tile cleaner is awesome for soap scum and hard water buildup. First time you use it (when you have serious buildup) spray and leave for 5-10 minutes, then use a scourer to scub it all, then rinse. Once the scum is off, a weekly spray+wipe with it, plus a little scrub with a grout brush on any discoloured grout.

I used Domestos last week as we have mould under the silicone on one side in our new house and I was hoping it might bleach it out. Not only did it not, it was also useless(!!!) at getting the tiles and glass clean.

Aldi's shower cleaner is the best I've ever used. Won't get mould off silicone, but does an amazing job on tiles, grout and glass.

I swear by the bam shower foam. It's the only thing that I've found that brings the shower up perfect. Spray it on, leave for 5 mins, wipe down and wash off. I will usually use a glass cleaner too.

We put our house up on the market, so I tried everything... And I mean everything. Some stuff helped a little but mostly it didn't make too much of a difference. The build up was awful on our shower screens. I found this product randomly. I got a quote to get 2 shower screens done and was told $180... Crazy! The man who gave me the quote advised a person on the FB business group of what the product was that he used, I found it and it worked a treat!!! I think it's a WA based company.

My mums a professional cleaner and she uses a product called gumption. We did a comparison on the weekend between bam and the gumption and the gumption won out by a mile! Using it with one of those green scourers works wonders.

Gumption is abrasive - did it scratch the glass?

Not at all. I've also used it on the glass on the oven with no scratching either.
