    Default Minimum wage rates

Does anyone have any links to information on award rates for retail workers? Does it matter what kind of retail store it is?

I'm looking at retail jobs in furniture and homewares or building supplier / residential stores but no where advertises the hourly rate and my google searches haven't turned up any relevant info.

I know they can pay above award rate but I'd like to at least work out my minimum earning potential.

Fair work QLD has all this info on their website. Maybe your state has a similar organisation?.. I find them helpful even when asking questions on their fb page.

    It depends on what store.

Major stores like Woolworths, Coles, Big W etc all of their own EBA that contain their rates.

Something independent or smaller will likely follow the retail award.
