    Default Has anyone had any experience with kinesiology ?

    I am going to see a kinesiologist for my anxiety and was wondering what to expect? Any info is greatly appreciated!!

    I loved it, I went to a chiro who does kinesiology too and it was awesome. Mine wasn't specifically for anxiety but it helped with everything.

    Thank you! I'm not sure what to expect but I'd rather try this than counselling for now.

    I tried it for anxiety, it did nothing. I realise now that it's complete and utter woo.
