Default Coming off Implanon, no period for almost 3 months but not preg?

Anyone have any experience with having the Implanon removed but not getting a period? My hubs and I have been ttc since the removal in early Nov 2015, but I find it hard to track cycles/ovulation as I'm not getting a period - and getting lots of BFN!
Wondering if I should talk to my doc about a month of the pill to kickstart my cycle or something?
    Any ideas?
    Thanks in advance!

It took me a few months to return back to normal. I think the Dr said it could take up to 6 months for everything to get back into the swing of things and return back to normal.

I was.ovulating as soon as af came back but very long cycles. Opks were helpful working out when to ttc dd as o could be cd 18 or 30 it.was confusing. Pre implanon id have heavy af for 2 weeks every 3 weeks and after 7 yrs of many pills never helping i thought no af in 4 yrs was wonderful but was so anxious it took ages to come back。i had it out 12 months prior to ttc assuming it may take a while to come but didnt think would be that long.

Yeah it took me a good 6 months to go back to normal. I was getting a period straight after removal but it was always irregular.

A course of progesterone then withdrawing it triggers a bleed which resets things often. Might be worth looking at if ur ttc, you can then get a blood test done about day 20 so they can see if it looks like ur ovulating ....if ur not ovulating the. They can look at mess for that!
