Default Thin PCO effecting egg quality

Hi ladies, I'm 32, have skinny PCO (only cysts on the ovaries, no weight or hair) and have been TTC for 5 years. We did 2 IVF cycles last year, with only a few average looking embryos to transfer and none to freeze. Neither stuck. I'm currently trying 1 last month on a homeopath treatment before I go back to IVF. I have switched IVF REs and am starting a cycle mid Feb with my new Dr.

I have a FSH of 1.5, and estrogen of 73. My BMI is 20.

I'm taking coq10, elevit, fish oil etc. I was on Metformin but had to come off as it was making me throw up every day. I also passed the last GTT I had done so it seems that I am not IR.

    1) Are there any skinny PCO women out there that found Metformin helped their egg quiality/hormones even though they arent IR? (Should I get back on it)

    2) Looking for any similar IVF stories that ended well? Or even those that didn't end well. Just trying to find anyone like me. This 'not knowing' is killing me.

My bmi is 18 and I have PCOS.

Metformin has been shown to be effective in women with lean PCOS. I passed the GTT but my 1 hour was elevated. What were your levels like?

Have you been tested for hashimotos and have you tried slow release metformin?

No information on egg quality as I managed to conceive easily on metformin

@BlueLips were you ovulating before being on Metformin? I ovulate each month naturally. They didn't share my 1 hour GTT levels, they just said its all normal. I may get back on it on the slow release, will that help the vomiting? I have an hour train ride to work every day and lets say had a few accidents in the 3 months I took it for. I was also bent over the work toilet most days, not pleasant at all
@Velvet16 I'm sorry to hear that. When you say no luck, did you have any embryos to transfer or were they not sticking? What do you mean you're taking it for weigh quality? Did you mean egg quality? When is your next IVF?
