@MissSagi @Tahli I just got my treatment plan from CFC and they want me to go "back to basics". I have not told them about Dr M and immune issues. He if course has me on an intense protocol with LIT, neupogen, clexane, prednisolone and intralipids. Do i tell CFC about this? They dont even want me on clexane this time. What do i do? I feel i should be upfront but who know how Dr metebese will react. Help! Xx

What's the back to basics protocol they've suggested, and why @ECM1981?

Oh my. Today I broke down and wept my eyes and heart sore.
A lady I know who had been trying forever to have a child just had a baby. I am happy for her, and actually feel like if God can do it for her, I have hope, my faith and hope is renewed. You see, her first child graduates university this year, thats how long she has been trying to have a child. I heard the news, wept, laughed, wept.
    Oh .....Lord!!!
    Just wanted to share that.
Ladies, trust God, there is hope for us all.
    Ok, bye.

Congratulations on your treatment plan. I wouldn't tell them about Dr M's treatment plan. CFC don't believe in immune issues and they wouldn't know if you are on anything.
What have they told you to cut back on? Not sure what "the basics" are? Go without their intralipids as its only 200mls anyway, if thats what they mean.
Stay on clexane except for transfer day. If they ask about it again (they'll see your bruises), just say your reproductive immunoligist recommended you stay on it.

Thanks @Tahli and @MissSagi the basics is syneral or depot injection, clexane for flight and progynova. Thats it. I might try to give the clexane in my leg as my tummy will be running out of room with the neupogen and subcut progesterone anyway ☺ thanks xx

@Itwilhappen I just heard back from my lovely pharmacist. He was unaware Zoladex ($345) had been rescheduled at the end of last year. If it is indicated to treat endo does that include or exclude ART?
I have a GP's apt on Monday and would love to know whether she can prescribe it for me. I don't have endo.

Hi, it has been a while since I updated, so this is the current state of play...

Had a growth scan yesterday and an OB appointment this morning. The twins are active and healthy but their growth has slowed. At 35 weeks they are sitting at 4lb10oz and 5lb. Both are currently head down and curled up facing each other with their spines facing my sides.

OB had been aiming to get me to 38 weeks (start of May) but now thinks delivery is more likely at the end of this month. Had a steroid shot for bubs' lungs this morning with a repeat tomorrow. It gave me flashbacks to PIO as it was a buttock shot with a bit of a sting.
@ferngirl and @JulieMalooley, you must be getting close as well, how are you both going?

For this upcoming i am doing LIT, neupogen, clexane, prednisolone, intralipids

CFC only want me on progynova and 1 clexane for flight.

I will stick with Dr M as he has reviewed all my tests and also tested for the partial DQa match. Just not sure whether to let CFC know. Doesnt make much difference to them i guess if i dont tell them.
I have done pred and clexane daily plus intralipids before but not neupogen. I hope the neupogen plus new donor works in my favour. X
