Also popcorn is a good snack and the little cans of cascade lime and soda mixes are 31cals so i have one of them with dinner some nights when Im over drinking just water. Sounds like you're eating really well though. I havent lost the weight in huge amounts but its steady and coming off and i can now feel and see the difference which inspires me to keep going
That's fantastic. Good on you! I should eat more eggs but I find the smoothie so easy. I'm eating more avocado to get the good fats into me so I get some nice eggies fertilised next month. I'm not drinking coffee or drinking wine which killed me every time I did a cycle last year ( went cold turkey) but now after a month I'm used to not having it, although having said all that I'm having takeout pizza for dinner tonight lol!!!

    Default IVF over 40#24

For what it's worth I had one annovulatory cycle before I started IVF and after d and c, and it made AF come early - like day 16 of my cycle. From memory FS said it was because no egg released so no corpus luteum to produce progesterone and with no progesterone rise so AF came early. That would make you think it's not an annovulatory cycle for you. Where you tracking ovulation this cycle?
Thanks @Green lady, you're right in that I think a non-ovulating cycle would mean an early AF, so this is a little strange. Interesting that the only time you've been late as well is with pregnancy... Here's hoping that's what it is :-)

@Gangingi nope not on any meds at all just good quality supplements & feeling the best I have for a long time. The only difference is I got a virus before Christmas & then had mild Bells Palsy at New Year, not sure if that effected anything. I'm sure I will know in a few days.

I did an emotional healing thing on the 8th & she said that we removed a big 'block' to me becoming a mother, so who knows, maybe that worked & my body went yippee & ovulated just before AF - that would be CRAZY!

Hi everyone. I've had another scan this morning and my lining is only 6mm at a push. So bt tomorrow and They've decided to start me on orgalutran but no word on any progynova. I'm confused. Could I possibly ovulate and the cycle will be a bust? I have a 17mm follie

@Caesardust sounds like they're giving you the orgalutran to stop you ovulating while your lining builds up. Maybe i'ts getting there without any help and they just want to make sure you don't ovulate? 6mm isn't too far off.

@Bongley thanks I guess that's what's happening. I'm just nervous I'll ovulate before I get to the chemist tomorrow morning.
