Welcome @Krissy74 and so sorry to hear of your losses. You've had a tough time of it.

When you say cycle, do you mean FET or stim - and do you have dates in mind? Either way, good luck with your cycle and fingers crossed 2016 gets us all our BFPs.

@Twiglets that wait is a killer especially since in the lead up you're so busy remembering this and that and rushing off for scans and the like then it's like ghostville for that two weeks. I hope this thread keeps you entertained and be warned you will most probably be coerced into poas shortly. Hahah.

@Tahli Yep...sounds like you can't properly move on without doing this one last OE Cycle so fair enough Luv I reckon

You just never know your luck when spinning the "OE Wheel of Fortune"
    and prayers for you too!!!

Hello to all the other Lovelies.......

Will be lurking about when I can. DD is sick to the point my sister and I took her to the hospital last night for high fever, projective vomiting and virtually non-stop screaming/crying (dropped Ex-DP off at the airport just after lunch yesterday so he's away for the next week at his brothers place in Whoop-Whoop!!).

Thankfully it just looks like some kind of horrible tummy virus.

Anyhoo...the washing machine/dryer and clothesline are all getting a good workout right now, so best get back to dealing with the aftermath!!!

    Have a great day Lovelies!!!!!

Oh..and r.e the Thyroid. I know the optimal range for conception/pregnancy is 2 and under as per my friends Endocrinologist's advice (she has Hashimoto's and miscarried a pregnancy prior to conceiving her daughter)and my thorough investigations and research to verify

Prior to starting my final Cycle, my TSH level was almost at 4 which was classified as Subclinical Hypothyroidism. I got my GP to prescribe Thyroxine for me to take a as a preventative to get my levels down to the optimal range prior to starting that Cycle.

Wazza wasn't fazed when I asked about taking the Thyroxine and why I wanted to. His take was as long as the levels were within normal ranges that was fine but he had no objection to me taking the Thyroxine if I wanted to.

Anyhoo...yes, if your levels are out of whack it can prevent conception or cause miscarriage so best to have them checked including:
    • TSH test
    • T4 tests
    • T3 test
    • thyroid-stimulating immunoglobulin (TSI) test
    • antithyroid antibody test, also called the thyroid peroxidase antibody test (TPOab)

Which I did and mine were all fine bar the TSH. When I got my BFFP my Thyroxine was slightly increased then dropped back to the original dose after DD was delivered. I'm still on it now as my levels were still too high months after stopping the meds to see what happened.
