@Green lady congratulations!!!
I hope that you are feeling okay and OHSS stays away. I also hope that your extra supplements etc help you crack the double figures on your fert rate. Fingers crossed.
Rest up and well done.
Hey ladies cant recall who was asking about dhea. My script finally came through from dr m. My pharmacy charges $55 for 100 tablets. This seems ok?
Great news greenlady! Congratulations
@Charlie74 - I have had to fet preparations which of course came to nothing. First one I just got monitored with scans and bloods from about day 10 and then once dominant follicle looked right size triggered with ovidrel. I then would have done the day 5 transfer. Didn't have any FSh so only med was ovidrel. Don't know what the meds woukd have been post transfer, probably the lovely crinone I assume and pregnyl. Second one was just scans and bloods to detect lh rise so totally unmediated.
Green lady congratulations :cheerleader1
Thx Chiefsgirl for all the info regarding Dr M
Bongley thx . Do u think I should ask my fs to do a fet what u did in your recent cycle. Tracking the lead follicle and then then triggering..
My younger sister who is 6 years younger than me had a ds through ivf last year. They were successful on the first attempt with LB even after being diagnosed with low amh, severe pcos plus her husband had a very low sperm count .. next to nil and LB told them that they could never conceive naturally. She went to her gp today for extreme headache and discovered she was pregnant naturally.They were not planning for a second child via ivf for atleast 5 years as they wanted to me more stable, buy house etc.....
I mean I am really happy for her but sad at the same time that why it never worked for us for so many years even after technically nothing is diagnosed for both of us. And it also showed me of destiny wants , you could conceive naturally even when the top doctors have said no.
I feel so guilty for my feelings as we are very close to each other ; I m feeling so down but I can't help it. Sorry for the negative emotions ladies ...Plus We live 25 min away from each other . It gets so hard to balance everything.

@Sue77 - your conflicted feelings are completely understandable. Anyone in those circumstances would feel the same, I would. You probably feel like you've been stabbed in the heart and you know it's no-ones fault, but that doesn't really help you feel better.
Dont feel too down - look on the bright side - you have three normal embryos and just need a plan of how best to prepare for transfer.
yes totally understandable @Sue77. I often wonder why I seem to cop all the fertility crap and nobody else I know does. Not that you want anyone to go through this but it feels so isolating. Ive barely seen any of my oldest friends in recent years as their lives are all about their kids and I cant relate to it and just don't want it shoved in my face all the time. Self preservation. i don't care what anyone thinks any more, i just do what I need to do for my own sanity, after all everyone else is doing what they want.
Yes you have 3 normal embryos which is super great, Im so hoping that they give you your much longed for bub. go easy on yourself, infertility is such a sh!tty thing.
Pregnant for the first-time?
Not sure where to start? We can help!
