Those of you who have had intrallipids or who know enough to have an educated opinion... I need some help making a decision. Have been thinking about this for weeks and it's starting to do my head in!

I'm trying to figure out when I should book my intrallipids for..

I'm estimating that my FET could possibly end up being on Saturday 13th Feb. And obviously that may not be the case.. But thereabouts perhaps.

Since Dr M only does the intrallipids on Saturdays, I don't know if I should book in for the week before (which is only 7 days before transfer) on the 6/2, or the week before that on 30/1 (which is 14 days before 'possible' FET.)

I'm leaning slightly towards 6/2, bcos I'm obviously a tad worried my lining could be an issue and I think I'm doing an unmedicated FET.. Which I guess means if my lining doesn't thicken enough then LB 'could' cancel the FET- (bcos unless I'm wrong, with an unmedicated FET they aren't actually controlling ur cycle so they can't hold things off until my lining thickens further???) At least I would then maybe have time to cancel the intrallipids. I'm just worried about having it too close to FET I guess incase it doesn't work as well... But then I know the CT girls have had it only a day or two before FET's..

But to be honest I'm getting my head into a bit of a mess trying to decide and cover all bases.. OMG some days it feels like this is just a never ending series of
    a. questions... b. decisions.. then
    c. questioning the decisions..

    HELP!! Any suggestions or thoughts??
Mine will be on Day 10 of a natural fet if that helps at all.

@Sue77 that is great news and I'm going to celebrate for you too. Have you done any acupuncture or naturopathic treatment in the past?

Sorry to hear that BiBV. You have been a great support to so many here I hope we can do the same for you.

Sue77 I know it's far from a guarantee of a bfp but I still think getting some pgd normals warrants a congratulations.

Evening ladies. I've had a nightmare day after getting a $2,100 fire brigade bill for my tenant setting off the alarm last year. It's sent me right over the edge. I started stimming today too and the clexane and have been on 15mg pred for a few days. So I'm a bit all over the shop. Tears, angry and generally unpleasant. Every time I start an ivf cycle something super stressful happens and I'm really over it. I have my first scan on Tuesday and pick up my other drugs. If my lining is terrible I might literally go ape.

I think it was all fake as both didn't work. And the fact that I have had 5 consecutive implantation failures with LB ( 2 tested and 3 non tested blastocysts)....? Scares me and I start fearing not to lose them... a bit non decisive as to what steps to take to give these embryos the best chance and not waste their potential. ..
    Oh Luv!!! That brilliant!!!😊👍

Yes...take a little bit of time to weigh up your next move. Would you & DH possibly consider transferring an embryo under Dr M & what protocol he'd recommend??

I know you weren't impressed that he forgot what he recommended treatment-wise for you initially but I believe it would be worth giving him a shot.

It's a huuuge gamble to take..I can see that but he's who I'd be going to if I was prepared to roll the dice one more time & do an "OO" (Own Oven) transferxo

Oh that totally sucks hon Isn't the tenant responsible for the bill seeing as it was them that set the alarm off? Do you have landlords insurance? Surely a bill that big would warrant insurance to kick in - or take the tenant to the tribunal for it...

    Hi ladies thanks a lot

Caesardust yes I have had lots of acupuncture and Chinese herbs. I m still on them...

Blondeinbrisvegas yes I am going to seek Dr M 's advice for sure. And it was not him that forgot something , that experience was with NL when we were deciding to cycle with him. But I may see him for implantation issues as apparently he does the endometrial receptivity test plus we are seeing Wazza on the 29th to seek his advice too and LB Clearly Said she does not know what's happening ... she herself is very frustrated as to why she can't find a proper reason... so...

As anyone experienced the endometrial receptivity test ?

I think Chiefsgirl or someone else mentioned about some additional testing by Dr M .. I do not know abt it and can you please tell me what to ask Dr M on his appt ?

Plus it's so confusing whether partial dq alpha makes a diff or not? NL says it does where are wazza and LB don't agree ..

Another thing how do doctors decide its intralipids or IVIG?

Bongley forgot to mention .. Loved the pic of your scan ... must be very exciting. Can I also ask you the reasons why my your doc chose to do the fet protocol in your last successful cycle where you triggered? Thanks
