So I think I'm 99% leaning towards a final OE IVF cycle.
I just spoke with a Monash nurse and found out the hysteroscopy is done in the week or two before the IVF cycle. So that means I'd be starting my OE cycle around 15 Feb. When do you start yours @Blossom74?
So I'm going to be the Black Sheep of the group and go as meds free as possible. No Pred, no baby aspirin, no intralipids etc. I stay an Clexane due to the homo MTHFR though.
(It'll be interesting to see what Dr M's bloods come back with and what meds he suggests.)

I start my injections on Monday 25th January - hopefully! They made a big song and dance about "Calling first to make sure we're right to go" but I think that wasn't just for my benefit - there are probably LOADS of ladies who didn't cycle over Christmas and are all lining up to go now. I guess they have to manage their case loads!

I'm a bit of a grey sheep I suppose! I'll be taking my folate and MV, and then Clexane and Prednisolone. But that's it. Oh, and the IVF meds to grow the follies, of course. Gonal F, Orgalutran, Clomid. Huh. Maybe I am just a regular white sheep. That's a LOT of sh!t to put into my body....

FS said he thinks will leave trigger as ovidrel if my e2 is not over 14,000 given on my previous two cycles the level has been up around that and I haven't got OHSS.
Congrats on the number @Green lady. I hope you can use the trigger of your choice. I get a double trigger as its been shown to be helpful to us older gals, plus a late 2pm FSH boost to help finish them off and similar egg numbers to you and have never had severe enough OHSS that I've had to put off a transfer. Have you had any OHSS issues before? From my understanding you'll be freezing all for PGD anyway, so hopefully your FS will take that all into account in what he'll let you do. Fingers crossed.

Tahli, all my cycles have been extra-meds free apart from the ivf meds, elevit, viamin-d (as I was low) and recently coq10. one did make it for a short time, but then again I'm not still pregnant. my doctors at both clinics didn't think it was good for me to have the other meds.

just called the clinic. I have a GP appt tomorrow to update my referral then I can start the FET cycle when af arrives - possibly later this week or next. (she's been more erratic lately. due thurs/fri). so BTs 10days after to start tracking ov then 5days post ov they pop our frostie back in (if it's a weekday)

I confess I have been a bit lax with the elevit over xmas/new years as I ran out whilst away so I hope that doesn't hurt our chances. am back on it now. so Blossom, we might be cycle buddies (though I'll be med-free)
