@JulieMalooley - I can't get too hopeful. First cycle I had 19 retrieved with 17 mature and got none normal out of that. My poor fertilisation rate of between 40 and 50% even with HAICSI will scuttle my numbers very quickly and the reason for the poor rate is pretty certain to be an egg issue as DHs 46 year old sperm has tested within normal limits in every aspect.

I was knocked back for the gestational diabetes hospital trial. Apparently I'm not fat enough, so that's nice to hear and twins rules me out too. BUT if they believe that probiotics can prevent it, I better get onto the yoghurts.

The more you get, the better your odds !! There are good ones in there somewhere, they just need to be coaxed out..

@Blossom74 Do you remember a day or two ago when you asked whether any-one had thought about all the extra meds etc and what they're doing to us. And I replied that on my last CT cycle I wanted to ditch all my extra meds except folic acid & only take what ever was absolutely essential for a ED FET. Well, low and behold, that's exactly what LB has just suggested this morning. Tears ran down my face with relief.
LB is getting me to have lots of blood tests, including diabetes to see if I've completely stuffed up my body with all the extra meds.
At the end of the consult, she said she didn't recognize me when I walked in because of the Pred weight gain.
A point of interest. She recently met with the woman who discovered NK cells. Apparently the woman is very unhappy women are being prescribed Pred for NK cells and thinks the Pred may well be in fact impeding implantation. She also wishes she'd named them something different to NK cells which is exactly what Dr W at CFC said too.
I've had a horrible skin reaction to the $55 a bottle Ubiquinol so have to stop using it. She suggested going back on CoQ10. Starting at 300mg and if I tolerate it going up to 600mg.
She's contacting the ultrasound dept to see if they can do the HyCoSy under anesthetic. If not I think she'll do a very gentle hysteroscopy instead (so as to not damage or scrape away any precious lining) and get some-one in to flush the tubes. Either way I'm hoping she'll look at my reproductive system under an anesthetic.
She's suggested a Boost cycle if I'd like to do an OE cycle next. I just need to make that decision asap.

@Charlie74 LB said today that she's got women pregnant with linings of 4mm but obviously she likes 6mm.
