I usually but the ultra thins without wings as AF is so light. But on the occasions that I do use ones with wings I wear an extra pair of undies over the top - keeps the wings from unsticking and keeps them hidden.

I've very rarely had a wingless one move.

Don't even get me started on the packaging though! Why the ridiculously bright packs??! I'd prefer to be discreet thanks, rather than having some fluro bright pack in my trolley attracting attention and announcing to everyone in the supermarket "I'm on period!! Just in case you were wondering..." ugh! Seriously 😬

Also, with the wings, it's a pain to adjust your pad 'placement' if you haven't got it just right. When i wear the wing ones, i always do a test 'pull up' to check I've put it in the right spot, then pull undies down again, pull the paper off the wings bits and stick them. I've never had a problem with wingless pads moving around.

Oh I always get the ones with wings, and have to have the overnight ones as I bleed like a slaughtered pig when that time of the month comes....I must admit, I love one thing about being pregnant at the moment, no period!! Yay!!

So as a girl who got her period early, and then would almost always "bleed through" and have to make impromptu pads out of wadded up cheap high school toilet paper because I'd run out of pads during the day and then had to walk around in the middle of winter with my jumper tied around my waist even though it was freezing...
Wings were a f***ing revelation. A revelation. It didn't have to be so awkward any more, all because of two little wings!

    Wings 4 lyf.

    OMG 😂😂😂😂

day 2 is slaughtered pig territory for me then it eases right up.

I buy pads with wings, I used to find if get that little bit of leakage on the sides and bloody knickers really gross me out.
