    Try an online program called mindspot. It's for people with social anxiety. It really helped me

    I see a naturopath fortnightly and use a product called Neurocalm. Both have saved my sanity! I also make sure I get some me time (like a foot massage) and I work out 4-5 times a week as I find this really helps to alleviate my stress.
