Has anyone got/tried the Beyond Diet information? Is it worth it or is it stuff you already knew? It's a bit pricey for something I already know and I've already waisted a lot of money on "diet fads" because they make it sound awesome but then I never do it. But I feel like this is my year to do it... However I always think that in January and I'm still in the same position I was years ago. But I need to do something I'm miserable in this body.
