    Default Beyond diet.

    Has anyone got/tried the Beyond Diet information? Is it worth it or is it stuff you already knew? It's a bit pricey for something I already know and I've already waisted a lot of money on "diet fads" because they make it sound awesome but then I never do it. But I feel like this is my year to do it... However I always think that in January and I'm still in the same position I was years ago. But I need to do something I'm miserable in this body.

    Diets I find don't work for me. Exercise and sensible eating is what I find is the best long term solution for me.

    Good luck. It's not easy.

    I have no idea about this duet but have you seen the GP/a naturopath to check your vit/mineral/thyroid? I would do that first. Then I would invest in a personal trainer. Not just any personal trainer but make sure sure they also can help with diet and exercise.
