What foods to avoid was one of the first things I wanted to be clear about.

Exactly this. There's lots of info out there about what not to eat etc but it's harder to find the straight forward what do I do now!

I'm with what some others have said, I wanted to know what happened next re doctor's appointments etc. Actually I posted the pic on here as I couldn't believe I was really pregnant (still feels a bit surreal!) and asked what I do next. I had no idea!

I wanted to know what to expect at that first GP appointment - what would I be asked? Would I need a blood test and then what the process was for finding an OB (did I need a referral??? Or could I just rock up, how did it work exactly h and what my hospital choices were going to be.

First baby I had no idea what to do. Honestly the GP was not helpful lol. I know everyone's journey to pregnancy is different but for me it was:
*Questions to ask GP/OB/Midwife etc at the first meeting.
*Steps of what to do (i.e. contact GP/OB etc)
    *What to eat
*What your partner can do at this time (if you had one)
    *How to exercise
*What scans/tests are needed and also what is bulk billed
