Well I'm glad your original one was away!

I've had CT scans before, they're so weird, they make you feel like you're about to wet your pants 😀

A giant horse shoe thing kinda moves up over you.

It's the sensation, like a tingling, you won't actually wee.

You need to drink a litre of horrible stuff slowly over an hour before the scan. Take your own cordial just in case they don't have any! I went to the same place and they always have it with cordial then I went to a different place and they had to rummage some up for me!

Depends on what kind of scan you are having - sometimes they give you an iodine IV contrast which is what can make you feel like you are going to pee but you won't. I've never had to do a drink one so not sure what kind of scan that is for.

Mine was for pancreatic issues. Maybe if it's not for digestive tract you don't need it.

Excellent. That's nice and quick. Ask them how long it will take for the doctor to get the report, and make a follow up appointment for the results for as soon as you can after that. My fingers are crossed for you!
