The other option is building the extra cost into the everyday fee - eg extra $5 or $10 per day everyday. It would all work out the same in the end (for kids going everyday - people just paying for Mondays get a bit hard done by at the moment given that lots of public holidays are Mondays).
This certainly makes more sense. My employer pays me for PH but they certainly don't bill clients for my time when I'm not working.
