I've been doing lots of stirfries.

    - 500-600g packet of chicken breast (could get pre cut stirfry strips as well).
    - packet of pre-cut strifry veggies (I'm like the Coles "super food" one at the moment)
    - packet of noodles
    - stirfry sauce.

I like to marinate my chicken for an hour or so beforehand, but otherwise just throw everything into a wok (cook the chicken by itself first) and it's all done in 10 minutes.

DH is not very adventurous with food and prefers ye olde style recipes like "Mum used to make." We are also extremely budget-conscious at the moment so meals are cheap and cheerful!

    Curried sausages and rice
Sausages in gravy with sliced onion, mash and vegies
    Spag Bol
    Lasagne
    Sheppard's Pie
    Chicken schnitzel
    Rissoles with salad
Fish Cakes (Tuna and mashed potato) with salad
    Chicken kiev and vegies
Corned Silverside with boiled potato and cabbage
    Chicken and Mushroom Risotto
Home made soup (pumpkin, chicken/pasta & veg) in Winter

He likes fish but I don't so we rarely have that. And we both enjoy a roast but again that depends on cost.
