    Breakfast was porridge, lunch was vegemite on toast and I'm now snacking on veges and hummus. Stir fry with lots of veges tonight. I also did a 10 km walk. Just need to increase my water intake and I think in on the right track!

    Things going well today. Up to 700 cal. We have friends over for dinner and are ordering thai. I've ordered a vegetarian pad thai and will eat half. We've eaten at the restaurant heaps. It's packed with veggies and isn't too intense so I'm thinking a half portion should easily keep me under calorie intake.

    1600 cal goal met
    Breakfast - small glass juice and protein shake
    Lunch - ham, Camembert, hommus, carrot sticks and rice crackers
    Dinner - tuna and veggie macaroni
    Snack - green apple

    Exercise - 5km walk

    Water intake - 2.8L

    I'm joining too. Officially starting tomorrow, just filled out a meal plan for the week.
    How does everyone remember their water intake? Don't think I'm drinking enough, really have to force myself to drink throughout the day and I can never remember where I'm at. Maybe a need a water check-list haha.
    Who's still drinking coffee? It's my one indulgent and really don't want to give it up 😞

    I just found this thread and have started my weightless journey. My goal weight is 65kgs and I'm currently 83.6kgs. I managed to not gain anything over Christmas/New Year so I was happy with that.

    January goal - 4kg loss. I'm using the Lose Baby Weight program and I've signed up for 3 months. My calorie intake should be 1416 for me to lose weight but I'll increase that to cover the exercise that I do. Goal is 30 minutes per day which could be walking, cardio or a class if I can afford it.

    I have a 1L plastic bottle (hard plastic, not a disposable one) and I know I need to fill it at least twice. Much easier to remember than 8 glasses, or an odd number like 600ml bottles.

    I have a 500ml cup & know I have to fill it at least 4 times a day.

    I have cut down but do still love my coffees, I don't have sugar in it though.

    I have one small coffee each morning. No sugar or flavoured syrup - I don't like them anyway so makes it easier.

    I love my coffee. I have 2 a day with a splash of milk. No sugar.
