    Dinner:

DH is unwell so I cooked oven fish for the kids. I don't eat seafood so my dinner was carrot, cucumber and Brazil nuts 😏. Was still hungry so had a nectarine.

I'm watching my calories on myfitnesspal. Not obsessing over it but aiming to keep it under 1500 if possible. My main aim though is to avoid processed junk. Have hit 1300 today.

I'd love to get a fit bit. Do you think they're worth the money? What sort did you get?

Another MFP user - my goal is 1600cal a day which is a 20% deficit.

Love the recipe builder on it!!!

    SW - 70.6kg
    GW - 68kg

Have lost 8kg over the last 6 months but are now at the stage where I still have a muffin top, but my ribs are visible.

So lots of hard work needed to lose that last bit of body fat but maintain muscle.

I got a charge hr but have to admit that I did very little research about the best type! I am loving it so far and I think it will definitely be worth the money for me. I am particularly loving the calculation it does for calories in vs calories out based on your own personal info (steps, hr, etc). I also like the pedometer and sleep functions.

Another mfp user here however I don't really track the calories anymore bc I am not very diligent with weighing. I do like reading the success stories for motivation.
I am snacking on a nectarine which is much better than the chocolates chips and ice cream I woukd normally go for.
