    So far so good. Went to the city with the kids and did some walking. Also ate a decent breakfast with plenty of protein. Light lunch of crackers, cheese, salami and some fruits.

    I'm not sure what your eating plan is, if you are trying to eat low calorie, low carb, or low sugar etc

    But be careful with those fruit bites. Check out the nutritional panel on the pack, they have lots of sugar and are high in calories.

    100 grams of bites contains 54g of sugar and 1400 kilo joules

    So far so good.. I'm a bit stressed so don't really have an appetite but I'm sticking to oats with berries & yoghurt for breakfast. A ham and salad bun with avocado for lunch (The really small coles buns). Meat or seafood and steamed veg for dinner. I haven't felt the need to snack just yet.

    Coconut yoghurt with berries and pepitas

    Veggie frittata

    Rye cruskits with peanut butter and banana

    Not sure what dinner will be. DH is sick and won't be eating. Must get thinking cap on.

    I agree - I try and avoid these sorts of packaged snacks as they're either loaded with calories and sugar or a complete chemical sh!tstorm!

    Default January Weight Loss Challenge

    Those bites have 103 cal per 30gms, which is a small handful. For me I find only a few curbs my sugar and chocolate craving, so I'm happy to eat them.

    Today has been good! 2 cups of tea, a prawn and lettuce salad for lunch, 30gms date and cacao bites and a homemade burger (small patty) for dinner.
