    I weighed in today.
    2.4kg loss.
It would have been more but we went to the pub for tea last night.
I'm feeling good and already feel less bloaty.
Also not spending nearly as much money on lunch.
I've been having healthy mummy shakes for brekkie and lunch but sometimes I've had one of the "delicious nutritious" Michelle bridges frozen meals. They're quite tasty.

15kg to next goal weight. Aiming to lose that by Anzac Day

I've been so upset today. I went into a bike shop and was having a look at mountain bikes when the owner came over and said in a jokey kind of way "Can't help but notice you checking out the mountain bikes, there's gotta be easier ways to lose weight eh".... I was mortified. How dare he make any kind of comment or reference to my weight.
It really upset me, is that how people see me? 😥

I've gained from last week but down for the month. I'm quite frustrated and getting down about not going to the gym (the only time the classes are on and crèche open are when bub naps). I'm just going to go tomorrow and hope that bub will sleep at crèche...

Wow that's a big assumption to make for a start. There are lots of reasons people mountain bike, weight loss is rarely one of them. I don't know what to say to help you feel better but if you haven't MB before, please don't let him put you off it. It's a friggin awesome sport.

Busy week/weekend with work so have not eaten the best. Kept onto training though.

Weigh in from Friday 300gm loss last week so 400 to go to reach January goal!! Wrapped with that!

Oh calico, I'm so sorry he said that to you! What an awful awful thing to say! I'm so angry on your behalf, I wish I was there with you so I could have given him an earful. What an absolute pig of a man! I can assure you, this is NOT how people see you. He is a rude, arrogant, pig headed man who speaks out of his backside. Normal people do not think like he does.
Hugs. Don't let his stupid words get you down. If you feel inclined you could send that bike store an email (or Facebook!)- something along the lines of how he's lost your business, awful customer service, word of mouth/reputation. If I was his boss I'd be livid!! 👿

I've lost 1.2kg this week... My body is feeling good. Sore but good!! I've decided to lock in 3 gym times that I go to each week and then anything extra is a bonus.

How horrible is that man! Definitely would not be buying a bike from him.

Does anyone have a Fitbit Zip? I have a Jawbone Up but I hate things on my wrist so I was looking for one I could clip on me.
