    Default January Weight Loss Challenge

    Been going average, eatings slipped a bit because of a crazy work week and a stocktake after a full day of work so I've been thrown out of whack, didn't feel like running tonight, felt like a milkshake instead, so I dragged my butt off the couch, put my runners on and went for my run. 12,500ish steps today, we are going away this weekend camping and camping foods all about what takes up less valuable fridge room and convenience so I don't think I'll be seeing a loss there 😂.

    Weighed in yesterday before we left for our trip and was 2.9kg down. So now my goal is to be at 3kg by next Friday. Anything extra will be a bonus. Was already challenged at our mates place last night with an array of amazing food! 4 more days of that kind of thing 😁!!

    As of this morning I've lost 2.7kgs so far this month. Hopefully in the next week I'll break into the 3kg territory. Good luck to everyone! We're almost there!

    weigh in day for me, 72.3, so im happy 500gms loss this week. I feel like I know what im doing, food wise, and I am actually enjoying the exercise. I would have never thought I would say that. I have never played sport, I have never been an 'active' person. who says 'you cant teach an old dog new tricks. " ?? marie.

    Woohoo! Happy with my progress! I'm 3kgs down from the start of the year 😊 wish I'd taken photos from the beginning. Plus:
    - 5cm off my bust
    - 3cm off my waist
    - 7cm off my hips
    - 3cm off my thighs
    - nothing off my arms

    Now to find other ways to exercise since my toddler has pretty much given up on nap time.

    Pretty peeved with only a 300g loss.

    Did 1-2 hours of exercise every day as well as eating at a 1000 cal deficit (tracked correctly).
    It caught up this week.

    68kg today. 2.6kg down in 3 weeks, can't complain about that.

    Only another small loss this week 700 g buy for the first time in over 3 years I am finally under 100kg so even though it is coming off slowly it is still coming off.

    Start of month 102kg

    CW 99.9kg
