700gm loss, so wrapped with that, especially since I have only worked out at home no PT this week!

I'm trying the healthy mummy shakes as a kick start. I waited until I was back at work for more of a routine. My DH is supportive without asking or expecting anything which is good.

I logged back into my calorie king account yesterday and added food for both days. I've stayed just below the calorie amount the website has suggested based on my age, height and weight. It's suggested quite a high amount of calories, but I've double checked on other sites and they're all about the same. I know sticking close to that amount will slow down weight loss but I think I'll stick to it better than when I was trying to get close to 1200 calories or even 1500.
I'll see what happens after a week and adjust from there.
