Have you changed/improved your diet at all? They say it's 80% diet and 20% exercise, so I wouldn't stress too much about not making the gym if your diet has been fantastic!

Haha yes. Being too tired to cook or eat ☹️. Sleep depravation isn't really my favourite way of loosing weight but I guess it's the silver lining to a dark cloud.

700gm loss, so wrapped with that, especially since I have only worked out at home no PT this week!

I hope I can keep the momentum going, this thread has really helped

    2.3kg down 700g to go!!!

I've read the book and watched the YouTube video about it, it seems like very interesting science, my brother in law did it and lost around 8kg, he stopped and it's come back, but as a lifestyle it's seems to be pretty good, I think in maintenance there is only one fasting day. I spoke to my dr about it at the time who was helping with my weight loss and agreed it wouldn't be good for me as I have a history of eating disorders and get very obsessive so I didn't do it at the time. Can't hurt to give it a go . The book was actually really interesting reading.

    Thanks for everyone's support.
I'm trying the healthy mummy shakes as a kick start. I waited until I was back at work for more of a routine. My DH is supportive without asking or expecting anything which is good.
@Mulzer your starting weight is closer to my first ending weight goal ! Best wishes for your weight loss goals! xx

I logged back into my calorie king account yesterday and added food for both days. I've stayed just below the calorie amount the website has suggested based on my age, height and weight. It's suggested quite a high amount of calories, but I've double checked on other sites and they're all about the same. I know sticking close to that amount will slow down weight loss but I think I'll stick to it better than when I was trying to get close to 1200 calories or even 1500.
I'll see what happens after a week and adjust from there.

I have been using My Fitness Pal and I have a Fitbit & have found if I have friends who can see what I am eating & exercise it has made me more aware of it. Good luck
