Totally lost my motivation last week - was a rough week PCOS wise and I'm still not feeling great but I need to get back on track. I just saw my dietitian today and she's really happy with the food choices I'm making. And I haven't put on any weight since I last saw her 6 weeks ago.
Need to get my but back into gear with daily exercise. Will be doing an Emily Skye workout this arvo for sure.
