    Totally lost my motivation last week - was a rough week PCOS wise and I'm still not feeling great but I need to get back on track. I just saw my dietitian today and she's really happy with the food choices I'm making. And I haven't put on any weight since I last saw her 6 weeks ago.
    Need to get my but back into gear with daily exercise. Will be doing an Emily Skye workout this arvo for sure.

    Well I went for a walk on my lunch break today.. High 30s temp so got gelato at halfway through haha

    I rang hubby on my way home from work and said "let's have KFC for dinner so we have time to go for a walk after dinner" yet we then decided after we ate that it was too hot to walk. Whoops!

    Another good day here food wise but I didn't get to exercise as my toddler decided to not sleep. I'm hoping I can go for a walk when my DH gets home.

    Dh bought KFC for dinner so I had that. Also ate out for lunch bc catching up with a friend. Did manage a half hour walk which isn't much but better than nothing.

    Went out for lunch today, so picked a healthy option and planned a smaller breakfast and dinner to adjust for it.

    5km walk and an hour group fitness session done

    I'm so embarrassed... I've being doing really great this week both food and exercise wise (plus not a drop of alcohol which is huge for me) and after body combat @ the gym I came home with the shakes and started vomiting... Talk about unfit!!!

    I just went for a 4.5km walk to the shop to get bread for the morning. I could have easily got my hubby to drive and I out the toddler in the pram and walked, helped her get to sleep as well! Win win!

    Great day today! Eat super well, musli with yogurt for breakfast, kale coleslaw and turkey wrapped in quinoa mountain bread for lunch, used the rest of the coleslaw to make a salad for dinner. 2 workouts, one weights session today during nap time and 2.4 km run before dinner just to get the muscles warmed and stretched! Felt great! Weighing in tomorrow or Friday? Can't remember which day I weighed in last week? Looking forward to it, I am trying to push myself a little harder each week!
