4km walk and a hour group fitness sesh today. Today was a lesson in that's it not what you do for the hour or 2 that you're exercising, it's what you do for the other 23 hours of day.
Had a chill day at home today plus my exercise this arvo and have only burnt 2100 cals according to my Fitbit. Yesterday I did the same amount of exercise plus had a busy 9 hour shift at work and burnt 2900. Big big difference!!
