Broken scales!!! BUT I'm pretty happy with my effort this week so I'm not fussed about seeing weight shift. Will get some more and do measurements over the weekend.

Someone tell me to go for my run, I'm tired from working all day on my feet in new steel caps, nothing worse than breaking in work boots, but I'm working all day tomorrow too so I'll be unmotivated to run then as well le sigh

You should go for a run. It will suck at first but you will definitely feel better (mentally at least) after it. You can do it 😊 don't think about doing it just get changed and do it!

Do you have time to run before work at all?? Or go for a run between leaving work and getting home?

My treadmill warm up (IE 5 minutes of brisk walking) turned into a 25 minute brisk walk because my podcast distracted me. Did some circuit weight training for 25 minutes and HIIT on the treadmill again for 10 minutes. Happy with my activity tonight!

I went for my run, I do feel better for having done it. I work s reasonable drive from home and start early tomorrow and value sleep far too much 😂 so at least it's done now, now I can play with my new jamberry

Weigh in tomorrow morning... Hoping I've lost something or at least not gained. I've been eating reasonably well but not counting calories.

    Weight in today!
    SW: 60
    CW: 59.6
    GW: 57
A little disappointed that I've only lost 400g but if I can do that every week I'll be happy.
I went to the gym this morning and it was packed. Packed! I guess there are lots of people with New Years resolutions to workout more.
