    I will officially be starting the Jan challenge on the 11th- when my holidays end!
    Loved being part of the last challenge and found it super motivating to have a place to record and "check in". Waaaaay too many social events to stay on track over Christmas and holidays..I did weigh myself last week and I am up 800g from the end of the last challenge. Feeling very bloated and uncomfortable after all the feasting and looking forward to having fasting days again.

    I've done C25K before too and did find it a bit of a slog, do you have a fun run coming up in a couple of months you can work towards? I did a 6k run when I finished the app and was so excited to actually run the whole way. Good running music was definitely the key for me.

    Have had a pretty good week, diet has been pretty good, a few cheeky bites but nothing to damaging (I hope 😁) have hit the gym for a full on 1hr weights session every day except today. Today was a rest day back at it tomorrow, I will also weigh in tomorrow 💪🏻 hoping for almost a Kg? We will see... Loving everyone's progress, great thread, it's keeping me really motivated👊!!!!!!

    Just got back from our holiday so I'm back in the swing of things now. Just did a 30 min cardio workout and food for today is:

    Breakfast: muesli with natural yoghurt
    Morning snack: 50g pretzels with herbal tea
    Lunch: brown rice and bean salad
    Afternoon snack: 20g nuts and an apple
    Dinner: warm beef salad

    I also allow myself one coffee in the morning.

    Well done with the weigh in everyone! I've lost 700gms in just under a week. Not too impressed, was hoping for more but I'm happy it's a loss I guess.
    Taking the kiddies for a walk to the park this arvo, maybe some yoga tomorrow morning.

    Breakfast: Wheetbix and Allbran
    Morning snack: 10 almonds and a coffee
    Lunch: spinach, banana, avocado and carrot smoothie
    Afternoon snack: Celery and capsicum
    Dinner: Coconut chicken curry with black rice
    Desert: natural yoghurt with a drizzle of maple syrup
