Default Help! I ate a Susage Roll from bakery

Hi all I'm about 5 weeks into my pregnancy and I'm driving myself insane as I bought a Susage roll from the bakery which was warm when I got it but I reheated for 20secs just in case. Then I read all this stuff on the meat in a Susage Roll. Is this ok? I am worried I will miscarry or something! Please help I'm going insane

Don't stress I ate a few early pregnancy and I'm currently 29 weeks 😬 they're pretty processed so I'm sure you'll be fine.

Sausage rolls are fine to eat during pregnancy. Sorry, but I think you are overreacting.

Sausage rolls from the bakery were a daily occurrence during two of my pregnancies. My boys are now 10 and 8. Try not to stress about these type of things, it will send you crazy, trust me lol.

The basic rule is that if it is nice and hot, it is fine to eat! You will be okay- try not to stress x

I think your risk is probably zero, anyhow.
    This is incorrect.
