Default If it's yellow, let it mellow - acceptable or gross?

How do you feel about unflushed wee sitting in the toilet?

I just went to the 'executive washroom' at work and someone peed in there and didn't flush it (obviously a male as there was no toilet paper in the bowl).

I admit that I found it gross.

I am perfectly understanding of this for people who are on restricted water (tanks etc), and of course young children get a free pass, but otherwise, I just don't think it's good etiquette to leave your pee in there for the next person to see!

Does it bother you, or do you not give a honk?

I can kind of understand how people may think it is okay in their own homes, but it is a really gross thing to do at work or in public toilets.

Only acceptable at home in the middle of the night when you don't want to wake anyone up (especially a sleeping baby)

My grandparents are on their own tank for water so they very much live by this philosophy. It's gross but needed haha

Gross. We tried doing this when there were strict water restrictions to try to save water. And we found that it made the toilet really really horrible to clean, as in it stained and was, well, ridiculously gross.

So now we are firmly in 'you must always flush,' camp.

At home fine but never in public or at someone else's house.

It does make th toilet dirty quicker because the bacteria live on urea. Blergh.
