Default Favourite thing as a kid

I have so many wonderful memories... A few that I can think of were going to the swimming pool with my sisters, swinging on the clothesline (until we broke it... Wasn't fun that day), listening to the radio classifies with my dad early on a Sat morning, taping songs from the radio and also listening and rewinding and pausing as I wrote out the words to my fav songs so I could learn them off by heart, watching rage in the morning on a Sun, when I was a teenager I loved reading Dolly magazines and buying impulse body sprays... I can remember when we got our first computer (no internet) and I would spend hours looking at encarter... Blew my mind the info on there! I also loved reading goosebumps books and was so excited today at the cinema when I saw a preview for a movie coming out soon based on them!

My Grandma. She was the most awesome Grandma and woman ever. She taught me a lot. We would cook, do cross words, watch old movies and talk about everything and anything. I miss her and am sad that my kids have a cr@p Gran in her daughter. How my Mum came out of my Grandma I will never understand.

A PP mentioned extended family Christmases - we used to have the same and I loved it, I think Christmas doesn't feel the same since all my cousins had families and we don't do he big extended family Christmas.
