    I try to avoid comfort eating and drinking (unless a herbal tea).

    I go for a calm, clutter free tidy environment, soft lighting if at night or lots of sunlight and fresh air during the day, comfortable temperature, essential oils in my oil burner or a scented candle and and either calming music or a favourite movie/tv show. Relaxing long shower (don't have a bath at the moment) with nice bath products.

    I try to keep my house (especially my bedroom) clutter free and tidy to avoid exacerbating stress and anxiety.

    Headphones on, music up loud and clean! If DH isn't home I make sure the kids are occupied with a DVD and food/drinks first!
