    Default Did your milk supply return after illness?

    Hi ladies, my son is 10 weeks old and my milk supply finally got to a point where it was doing its job and bam yesterday I got a fever and a cold and today milk supply is severely down. I'm doing everything from fenugreek, oats, pumping, demand feeding and drinking a ton of water. Basically everything I did to get supply up initially.

    My question is, did anyone experience their milk supply not returning even after doing everything they could? And if not, how long before your supply returned back to normal? Thanks!

    Yes it bounces back. Just try to rest as much as possible and keep up what you're doing and feeding on demand and it'll be ok

    Ive had a couple of mild gastro type bugs (so has bubs) & ots been a couple of days but just kept feeding and it bounced back fine
