So it's another month, and another week of being barely functional due to PMS and I'm over it!
For me it's not moodiness/teariness so much as just feeling flat, low and joyless in general. Crap motivation, low energy etc.
Ideally I wish I could pop a pill just for the week but I don't think that's been invented yet :-)
Does anyone else feel similar? What are some things that work for you?
