    Default Michelle Briges 12WBT Pregnancy and Post Baby

    Has anyone done the Michelle Bridges 12WBT whilst pregnant? I notice that she has a specific programme for pregnancy and I was curious if it is any good? Any feedback would be appreciated.

    I did start it, but stopped doing the meals about three or four weeks in and never did the exercises. I still lost about ten kilos over the 12 weeks just due to breastfeeding. Breastfeeding on demand is the best diet I've ever been on.

    Anywho I think 12wbt is worth doing if you need a little kick start and some new menu ideas and it's got a handy feature where you can order stuff direct from woollies in the right amounts for your meal plan.

    Worth doing if you've got hubby all signed up to do the actual cooking as the recipes can be a bit fiddly and you might get a bit over that with a new baby.

    My top tip is customise each weeks plan to make it simpler - like just one breakfast all week. It is set to have way too much variety and it makes it really complicated in my opinion.
