    Default What was she thinking.....

    My ILs gave my 17 month old a soda ****** for christmas.....
    She asked for ideas. We gave her plenty.
    Is this not the most inappropriate gift for a child that age?

    My ILs got DSS a pool table last year. It was a lovely idea and must have cost them a bomb but where the hell was I supposed to put it! It ended up in the gym with me trying not to hit it with a kettle bell every time I did a workout. We had to get rid of it when we moved as our current house is much smaller. I'm dreading the IL's asking where it is...

    A hydroponic marijuana set up would be more inappropriate. But only just.

    It definitely wasn't a regift.
    I just don't understand it.
    Surely we aren't trying to promote toddlers drinking fizzy drinks this early.
    If I have it my way it isn't coming out of the box for a long time.

    If she had have given it to my husband and I as a gift I think it would be totally ok. Even though I don't see the need for it at all..
    But she gave it to a toddler

    Very VERY strange gift for a toddler but that aside, I love my soda******! We don't use the flavouring, I just love the "bubble water" as Miss 7 calls it.
